What Happens After You Apply

Once your application is submitted:

1. Your responses will be reviewed.

2. Selected applicants will be invited to a short interview conversation.

3. If accepted, you will receive instructions to secure your place in the cohort.

The goal of this process is to build a small group of men who are committed to showing up fully and supporting one another throughout the twelve-week journey.
