But here’s the thing: purpose doesn’t have to be grand. It’s not about saving the world (though kudos if that’s your goal). It’s about identifying what truly matters to you and letting that guide your decisions.
Tip: Take 10 minutes today to reflect on your values. Ask yourself, What truly matters to me? Write down your top five values and consider how your daily actions align with them.
- Planning: Turning Dreams into Actionable Goals
The Tiger doesn’t leap without calculating its trajectory. Planning is about creating a roadmap that turns your dreams into achievable steps. Without a plan, even the strongest intentions can get lost in the chaos of life.
Tip: Pick one goal you’ve been procrastinating on. Break it into three small, manageable steps. For example, if you want to start running, Step 1 might be buying running shoes. Step 2 is setting a 15-minute timer for a walk/jog. Step 3? Celebrate that win with a fist pump. 🎉
