When I first met Bernie from Tiger Resilience, it was 2018. He was facilitating a group on anger and stress management that I reluctantly signed up for because my wife made this an ultimatum as our relationship was struggling at the time, and we were seeing a marriage counselor. My initial thoughts were that this would be a waste of my time, and when I walked into the first class and met Bernie, I did not believe anything he said would affect me or help me. At that point In my life, I felt I was not able to change. I could not have been more wrong about my first impression of Bernie and the Tiger Resilience program.

Hi there! I'm Bernie Tiger, and I've spent almost 30 years helping others like you overcome behavioral challenges. I know firsthand how devastating anger and stress can be, having faced homelessness myself at a young age due to family struggles.
But here's the good news: I've teamed up with Dr. Jamie Redwing (MD, DABAM, FASAM), and together, we've developed a powerful program that can make a real difference for you and your family.
