Who is Bernie?

With almost 30 years of dedicated experience in behavioral health, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for helping individuals and families overcome the challenges of communication, stress, anger, anxiety, and addiction.

My journey as a skilled Therapist and Program Director in inpatient and outpatient treatment settings has shaped my commitment to this field. Having faced homelessness at 17 due to a fractured family, I'm driven by personal experience and a mission to provide you with the tools and strategies you need to navigate your challenges.
