The Silver Tiger Challenge is a 12-week cohort experience designed specifically for men over 50 who want to rebuild strength across the four core domains of life:
Body – Physical health, movement, and strength
Mind – Clarity, discipline, and structure
Heart – Emotional awareness and relationships
Spirit – Purpose, reflection, and groundingThis program is part of the Silver Warriors Journey and is built upon the Tiger Resilience framework, which emphasizes five pillars for lasting personal growth:

Rather than focusing on extreme workouts or rigid lifestyle changes, this challenge is designed to help men rebuild sustainable habits and personal leadership.
WHAT PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE
Participants in the Silver Tiger Challenge receive:
12 Weeks of Cohort Mentorship

Why I Created the Silver Tiger Challenge
Over the past several decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life.
Through my work in behavioral health, mentorship, and personal development, I’ve seen how powerful change can be when someone decides to take responsibility for their life.
But I’ve also seen something else.
Many men reach the second half of life and quietly begin to drift.
Not because they lack ability.
Not because they lack experience.
And certainly not because they lack strength.
It happens slowly.
- Work responsibilities grow.
- Family obligations take priority.
- Health routines become inconsistent.
- The habits that once kept us grounded start to slip.
Over time, many men realize something important:
They don’t feel like the version of themselves they once were.
I created the Silver Tiger Challenge because I believe the second half of life should not be about decline.
It should be about refinement.
It should be about becoming stronger, more disciplined, and more intentional than ever before.
The Silver Warriors Journey and the Silver Tiger Challenge are built around the principles of Tiger Resilience, a framework I developed to help people grow across the most important areas of life.
Rather than focusing on only one area of improvement, Tiger Resilience strengthens the four domains that shape how we live:
Body – Mind – Heart – Spirit
Physical health matters.
But so does mental clarity.
Emotional awareness.
Purpose and reflection.
When these areas are aligned, real transformation becomes possible.
The Silver Tiger Challenge is not a program where you are simply told what to do.
It is a shared challenge.
I will be participating alongside the group, working on my own goals while facilitating the experience and guiding the weekly conversations.
My son Michael will help guide the physical health and training elements of the program.
My friend Matt Paknis will support the emotional and spiritual side of the journey.
Together, we will help participants apply the Five Pillars of Tiger Resilience:
- Purpose
- Planning
- Practice
- Perseverance
- Providence
These pillars help men build structure, consistency, and resilience that lasts beyond the twelve weeks.
This challenge is not about becoming perfect.
It is about becoming intentional.
It is about showing up consistently for twelve weeks and rediscovering what is possible when discipline, community, and purpose come together.
I believe strongly that the second half of life can be the most powerful chapter a man ever lives.
The Silver Tiger Challenge is simply the place where that journey begins.
WHAT MAKES THIS CHALLENGE DIFFERENT
This challenge is not something you do alone.
Participants move through the experience together as a cohort, sharing accountability, support, and honest reflection along the way.
You will be guided by a small mentorship team:
Bernie Tiger - Behavioral Health Clinician Specialist
Founder of Tiger Resilience and facilitator of the Silver Warriors Journey.
Bernie will participate in the challenge alongside the group while leading weekly discussions and mentorship.
Michael Tiger - Certified Physical Fitness Coach
Co-Founder of Tiger Resilience and will be guiding the physical health and fitness component, helping participants improve strength, mobility, and sustainable training habits.
Matt Paknis - Corporate Leadership, Author and Educator
Supporting emotional awareness, reflection, and spiritual growth as part of the program’s Heart and Spirit domains.
Together, the mentorship team helps participants move through the challenge with guidance, structure, and accountability.

• You are looking for a quick fitness program or an extreme workout plan.

The Silver Tiger Challenge is intentionally small and focused, which is why participation requires an application and interview.
We are looking for men who are ready to take ownership of the next chapter of their lives.
